You will need to copy these from your original installation CD. Pop the windows cd in the drive and launch a command prompt by clicking start, run and typing cmd. Then type cd to access the root of your computers hard drive.
To expand the file simply type expand d:i386stdole.tl_ c:windowssystem32stdole.tlb where d: Is the letter of your CD drive, c: is the letter of your windows hard drive and stdole.tl_ can be replaced with any other missing file.
