What is the TROJ_ZCLICK.A - How to remove it?

I can’t get rid of this TROJ_ZCLICK.A from my personal computer. It has been a long time since my computer got infected by this virus. I have tried thousands of methods to get it removed, but nothing of them worked. Now my computer is in great trouble I’m afraid. I have everything saved in my computer. Will it be leaked out to someone that I don’t know? All I need now is to save my computer from the nasty thing. Please help.
